Consular certificatesThe Consulate General can issue consular certificates to testify certain circumstances of the applicant.
The consular certificate may be issued in English, however, the application forms are only in Lithuanian.

Police certifates are issued by the IT and Communications Department under the Ministry of the Interior.
In order to obtain this certificate in the form
of consular certificate through the Consulate General, please fill out both
application forms - the consular certificate application form
Consular fee: $44 (for requesting a document from Lithuania and for the issuance of consular certificate).

Certificates about citizenship and the place of residence for the purpose of retirement benefits
A person receiving retirement benefits (social security pensions) every year in November December have to submit to the Board of the State Social Security Fund a certificate regarding his or her place of residence abroad, a Lithuanian citizen - a certificate that he or she has not changed the citizenship.
Such certificates may be issued by the Consulate General or by competent US institutions. The applicant has to apply in person. In the case of illness or other important reason, the person may apply by mail, but have to certify the signature by a US notary.
